BOSTON, Oct. 31, 2013—A dozen people arrested in Boston after last night’s World Series win appeared in a Boston courtroom today, with 10 of them being arraigned today on charges related to their alleged conduct, Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel F. Conley said.

Of the 12 people arrested by Boston, State, and MBTA Transit police, Roxbury District Court Judge Tracy-Lee Lyons dismissed one case for lack of probable cause and continued a second man’s case for arraignment at a later date.  Those two men were a 23-year-old Allston man arrested by Transit Police for trespassing into the tunnel leading from the Blandford Street MBTA stop toward Kenmore Square and a 20-year-old Northeastern University student who allegedly refused to follow Boston Police officers’ orders to leave the area of Kenmore Square and recorded the confrontation on his cell phone.

Of the remaining 10 defendants, six had little or no records and had their cases dismissed. Of those six, the cases against three men were dismissed because they spent the night behind bars on charges of disorderly conduct, which carries a maximum $150 fine. Those defendants were:

1. NATHAN O’KEEFE (D.O.B. 5/6/91) of Taunton, a student of UMass Dartmouth;
2. KEITH ROBERTSON (D.O.B. 11/11/73) of Manchester, New Hampshire; and
3. JOHN WISE (D.O.B. 5/30/91) of Everett.

The cases against three more men were dismissed on the condition that they perform community service in a range of 10 to 40 hours of a nature to be determined by the Trial Court. Those defendants were:

1. JULIAN ALEXANDER (D.O.B. 3/23/95) of Charlotte, North Carolina;
2. BRIAN BURKE (D.O.B. 5/24/90) of Brighton; and
3. ROBERT FIELDS (D.O.B. 11/28/90) of Marion;

Four more men were arraigned on various charges. They were:

1. DAVID BROYLES (D.O.B. 6/6/91) of Waban, charged with three counts of assault and battery on a police officer;
2. NICHOLAS GRAHAM (D.O.B. 3/4/95) of Windermere, Florida, and a student of Northeastern University, charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a can), and assault and battery on a public employee;
3. HECTOR MATA (D.O.B. 6/11/78) of Concord, charged with disorderly conduct; and
4. JAMES MARTIN (D.O.B. 6/29/76) of Manchester, New Hampshire, charged with trespassing, assault, assault and battery on a public employee, and resisting arrest.

These latter four were released on their own recognizance with orders to return to court on various dates throughout December.
